On November 7, Ms. Sun Delan, Secretary General of Liaoning PAFFC led the working team to attend 15^th Sino-Japan Friendship Conference. 

The conference was hosted by Chinese PAFFC, China Japan Friendship Association, Japan China Friendship Association and Hunan Provincial Government.  With “following the traditional friendship, invigorating civil vitality”as the theme, the conference provided a good arena for 230 representatives from friendship associations from both Chinese and Japanese sides to negotiate on how to enhance mutual trust and friendship between the two countries, expand youth exchange, cultivate the friendship successors, and the cooperation in fields of economy, environment, old-age care and etc.

In the group assembly, Secretary General Sun Delan and Mr. Nagata Tetsuji, standing member of Japan China Friendship Association, vice president of Tokyo China Friendship Association presided over the 3^rd Assembly.  Mr. Li Chengzhi, Vice Secretary General of Liaoning PAFFC made a speech in the assembly.
